Proud of Sri Raza..

KOLKATA/LONDON: A painting "Saurashtra" (above) by Syed Haider Raza sold at Christie's for £2.4 million (Rs 16.42 crore) on 10 June 2010, making it a record for any modern or contemporary Indian work of art.





Syed Haider Raza (born 22 February 1922) an eminent Indian artist studied artist painting at the Nagpur School of Arts and the Sir J.J School of Art.
